Global Sales Director — Scale & Strategy Leader

Relay is seeking a high-impact Sales Director to own the entire sales system across four segments: Pitstop/Field, Enterprise, Large Parcel, and SME Parcel. You will define strategy, structure, and performance while building the capability to scale internationally.

You will lead global teams, partner with the CCO on revenue planning, and push for disciplined forecasting, CRM hygiene, and scalable processes. Equity is part of the package in a fast-growing carrier environment.
