Global Workforce Planning Director | Strategy & Data

Novotech is seeking an Associate Director/Director Workforce Planning to define and lead a global, data-driven workforce planning strategy across the organization. This role drives the operating model, governance, and reporting cadence to enable growth and delivery predictability.

You will partner with executives and cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment of demand, capacity, and delivery while building a scalable WFP function and capability across regions.
