Global Position Management Lead — Workforce Planning & Strategy

Schroders is seeking a Position Management Lead to own global workforce planning, governance, and data integrity. You will partner with People & Culture, business stakeholders, and HR operations to align workforce structures with strategic resourcing plans.

You will become a SME in Position Management and job architecture, using analysis to drive planning, budgets, and talent decisions across a global, matrixed organisation. Flexible working arrangements may be considered.
