Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and other documentation.
• Support the development and implementation of new business systems and solutions.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback.

Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, vital for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• An understanding of business processes and system analysis principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in Leeds .
