Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys.

- Assist in the testing and implementation of new systems and process changes.

Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business principles and process analysis.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
