About the Role

Our client is searching for a detail-oriented and analytical Graduate Business Analyst to join their team in Leeds . This role is crucial for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, requiring a keen understanding of business processes and stakeholder requirements. You will be involved in analysing business operations, identifying areas for improvement, and documenting requirements for system enhancements and new projects. Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements from various stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and detailed user stories for development teams.
• Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and other documentation to illustrate system functionalities.
• Facilitate communication between business users and IT teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and help validate that solutions meet business requirements.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Visio.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
