About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support R&D chemists and engineers in the development and testing of new chemical formulations and processes.
• Conduct literature reviews and data analysis to aid in research project planning and execution.
• Assist in the preparation of experimental setups and materials for laboratory work.
• Document experimental procedures, results, and observations accurately.
• Contribute to process hazard assessments and safety protocols for R&D activities.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and present findings to the R&D group.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Chemical Engineering .
• Basic understanding of chemical principles and laboratory practices.
• Strong data analysis and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with standard office software; familiarity with scientific software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently.
