Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Graduate Chemical Engineer to join their established operations in Portsmouth . Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of chemical processes and equipment.
- Support process optimisation initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance safety.
- Conduct routine process monitoring, data collection, and basic analysis.
- Participate in site safety inspections and assist in implementing safety recommendations.
- Collaborate with operational teams to troubleshoot day-to-day process challenges.
- Prepare technical documentation, including reports, drawings, and operating procedures, under supervision.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a BEng or MEng degree in Chemical Engineering .
- A strong academic record and a genuine passion for the chemical engineering discipline.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Familiarity with basic process engineering principles and safety concepts is advantageous.
