At the end of the scheme, you’ll have a formal review with senior management to discuss your progress and identify the department and career path that best suits your strengths and ambitions.
What we're looking forWe’re looking for graduates who are curious, practical and keen to understand how different areas of engineering work together.

Programming experience is desirable
Relevant work experience, placements or extracurricular engineering projects
The ability to take initiative and responsibility
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
A full driving licence What’s on offer?
Structured progression with pay increases following completion of placements

The opportunity to build a long-term engineering career within a growing businessMore than a graduate schemeThis is an opportunity to discover where your strengths and interests lie while building a broad foundation across engineering and business.
You’ll gain experience that many graduates take years to build - working alongside experienced engineers, getting hands-on with real projects and seeing how an engineered product goes from an initial concept through design, manufacture and delivery.
You’ll also become part of a sociable and supportive team, with regular company-funded events and activities alongside graduate-organised socials.
If you're looking for a graduate role where you can learn, get hands-on experience and make a genuine contribution from the start, this could be the opportunity for you.
