Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze key operational performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements and operational strategies.
• Collect and interpret data related to operational efficiency, costs, and service delivery.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate operational performance and findings to management.
• Support the implementation of new operational systems and technologies.

Requirements

• A degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
