Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze key operational performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements and operational strategies.
- Collect and interpret data related to operational efficiency, costs, and service delivery.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate operational performance and findings to management.
- Support the implementation of new operational systems and technologies.
Requirements
- A degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
