Graduate SEMH, Autism & Disadvantaged Children Support Assistant Location: Bracknell/Wokingham Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only Start Date: ASAP Are you a Psychology or Criminology graduate looking to gain valuable experience working with young people? A forward-thinking and inclusive school based in the Bracknell/Wokingham area is seeking a Graduate SEMH, Autism & Disadvantaged Children Support Assistant to join their dedicated team. Full training and ongoing professional development will be provided. The Role As a Graduate Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who have:
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) ADHD and associated behavioural needs Vulnerable or disadvantaged backgrounds Emotional regulation and communication difficultiesYou will provide both 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils access learning, develop positive relationships, improve emotional wellbeing, and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
