Location: London Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + Benefits (DOE)

Our client is a well-established and growing property consultancy with an excellent reputation across the London market. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Graduate Surveyor / Newly Qualified Surveyor (MRICS) to join their commercial property team.

The Role

Working alongside experienced Partners and Directors, you will be involved in a varied commercial property workload, including:

• Commercial property valuations

• Landlord and tenant matters

• Lease renewals and rent reviews

• Asset management advice

• Commercial agency instructions

• Client reporting and strategic advice

• Business development and relationship management

About You

• Recently qualified MRICS surveyor or approaching qualification

• APC completed within the last 12 months

• Commercial property experience gained through a consultancy, client-side organisation, or property advisory business

• Strong report writing and communication skills

• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to client service

• Ambitious and keen to build a long-term career within property
