Location: Primary Schools across Hertfordshire Contract: Full-Time or Flexible Supply Pay: £93 - £100 per day via PAYE

What you'll be doing:

Supporting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery

• Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to support learning and progress
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Encouraging pupils' confidence, independence, and development
• Gaining hands-on experience to support your future career in educationWhat we're looking for:

A degree (2:2 or above preferred - any subject considered)

• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply - we can support you through the process)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude, reliability, and enthusiasm for working with children
