This is an excellent opportunity to join an established multidisciplined consultancy who provide planning and engineering services to residential and infrastructure projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and talented Graduate Town Planner to join their York offices.

Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications and supporting documentation Undertaking planning policy research and reviewing relevant local and national planning guidance Supporting the preparation of planning statements, reports and other technical documents Liaising with clients, local planning authorities, consultants and other project stakeholders Monitoring planning applications and assisting with project coordination and administration Supporting the assessment of development proposals and identifying planning opportunities and constraints Contributing to projects across residential development, renewable energy and infrastructure Working collaboratively with colleagues across planning, landscape architecture and civil engineeringRequirements for the role of Graduate Town Planner:
