About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability and aesthetic appeal.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes based on user needs and business requirements.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers in a remote setting.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.

Requirements

• A degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects demonstrating strong visual design skills and user-centric thinking.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively in a remote team.
