About the Role
Our client, a nationally recognised charity with a strong local presence in Norwich , is seeking a detail-oriented Grant Funding Coordinator . This role is essential for identifying, applying for, and managing grants from trusts, foundations, and other funding bodies to support the charity's diverse programmes and initiatives. You will be instrumental in securing the financial resources needed to deliver critical services and expand our client's reach within Norwich and beyond. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled grant writer to contribute directly to the sustainability and growth of a mission-driven organisation, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Research potential funding opportunities from trusts, foundations, and other grant-making bodies.
- Develop high-quality grant proposals, applications, and supporting documentation.
- Manage the grant application process from initial research through to submission and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of grant applications, awards, and reporting deadlines.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with grant funders and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of funded projects, preparing narrative and financial reports as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in grant writing and fundraising, with a strong track record of successful applications.
- Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines.
- Familiarity with the grant funding landscape and relevant databases.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
