Our client is searching for a skilled and detail-oriented Grant Writer to join their team in Stoke-on-Trent . This essential role involves researching funding opportunities, developing persuasive grant proposals, and managing relationships with foundations and grant-making bodies. You will be instrumental in securing critical funding to support our client's programs and initiatives, ensuring they can continue to serve the community effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential grant funding opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government sources.
- Write clear, concise, and compelling grant proposals, applications, and reports.
- Collaborate with program staff to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with funding requirements.
- Manage the grant submission process, adhering to all deadlines and guidelines.
- Maintain a database of grant opportunities, submissions, and outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Grant Writer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful proposals.
- Excellent research, writing, and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex program details in a compelling manner.
- Familiarity with grant databases and funding research tools.
