About the Role
Our client is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join their marketing and communications team based in Sunderland . You will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets that communicate our brand message effectively across various platforms, from print to digital. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs. You will collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, product launches, and corporate communications, working in a supportive office environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and presentations.
- Develop visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs on time.
- Prepare final artwork for print or digital distribution, ensuring all specifications are met.
- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and project meetings.
- Maintain and update brand style guides and design assets.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
