Key Responsibilities

• Design and plan the integration of smart grid technologies, including SCADA systems , AMI, and grid automation solutions.
• Develop strategies for upgrading existing grid infrastructure to improve reliability, efficiency, and resilience.
• Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for grid modernization projects.
• Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze grid performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Ensure all designs and implementations comply with industry standards and safety regulations for the energy sector .

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in grid modernization , smart grids, or power system planning.
• Familiarity with grid control systems, distribution automation , and network analysis software.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy integration challenges and solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid , collaborative setting.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement is advantageous.
