Groundworker - Domestic/ Social Housing

Groundworker – Responsive Repairs Location: Cardiff Salary: £34,000–£36,000 per annum

Build Recruitment is looking for an experienced Groundworker to join a social housing responsive repairs contract covering Cardiff.

You’ll carry out groundworks repairs and maintenance to occupied properties and communal areas, delivering quality work and a professional service to residents.

Responsibilities

Repairing and laying paving slabs, paths and patios.

Carrying out concreting, brickwork and boundary wall repairs.

Completing drainage repairs and associated groundwork.

Identifying defects and completing repairs safely and efficiently.

Keeping residents informed and leaving work areas clean and tidy.

Requirements

Previous groundworks experience, ideally within social housing or property maintenance.

A practical understanding of paving, concreting, drainage and brickwork repairs.

Good customer service skills and a reliable approach.

A full UK driving licence
