Job Description
Grower Settlement Analyst
Department: Agri‑Finance
We’re looking for a Grower Settlement Analyst to oversee the accurate and timely processing of grower payments, ensuring settlements are completed in line with agreed contractual terms.
What You’ll Do
- Co‑ordinate and review grower settlement data and statements
- Manage the payment approval workflow, ensuring deadlines are met
- Liaise with Agriculture, Finance, suppliers and growers on queries
- Process and manage grower payments, invoices and self‑billing
- Ensure strong adherence to SOPs and financial controls
- Submit payment details to Accounts Payable for processing in SAP
- Support ongoing improvements to payment processes and systems
What You’ll Bring
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills
- Experience in agriculture or finance environments (desirable)
- Systems experience (e.g. SAP or MTech) (desirable)
