Growth & Brand Director – Hospitality Marketing

Mowgli is seeking an ambitious Marketing Director to join the senior leadership team. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead the marketing agenda across the Mowgli estate, building our brand, driving sales growth, increasing covers and encouraging guests to return.

You’ll balance long-term brand building with short-term trading performance, ensuring every marketing investment has a clear commercial purpose. This role demands strategic thinking, data fluency and a passion for creativity.
