Guest Experience & Sales Leader

ALO YOGA is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate the guest experience on the shop floor, coach team members, and drive engagement and education with customers. The role partners with Operations, Visual, and Studio teams to execute store directives while focusing on growth opportunities and cross-functional training.

The position is full-time, requires 32–40 hours per week with opening, closing and weekend shifts.
