Guest Experience & Sales Leader

ALO YOGA is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate the guest experience on the floor through product education and leadership. The role focuses on delivering engagement targets and fostering a service-led environment that differentiates the store.

You will coach the Sales & Service Associates, partner with Operations and Visual teams, and drive business results using data and daily coaching. The position requires full-time commitment with flexibility for seasonal shifts.
