Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all guest relations functions, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for all guests.
- Manage the pre-arrival process, coordinating special requests and ensuring all guest needs are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIPs, loyalty program members, and discerning guests.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Liaise with all hotel departments to ensure consistent service delivery and timely resolution of guest issues.
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest relations, front office management, or a similar customer-facing role in luxury hospitality.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations.
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and standard office applications.
