About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular guest satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests.
• Manage the VIP guest program and ensure personalised attention for high-profile visitors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in guest services, front desk management, or a related hospitality role.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A strong customer-centric attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and CRM systems is an advantage.
