Guest Services Specialist - Luxury Hospitality & Wellness

The Bamford Collection is seeking a Guest Services Operator to join our luxury hospitality, retail and wellness brands. You will manage bookings, guest enquiries and retail orders, delivering exceptional service as a central point of contact across channels.

With 40 hours per week, you will handle calls, emails and social media, ensuring accurate records and professional interactions. Salary is £28,700 per annum; contract covers Oct 2026 to Jan 2027.
