Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase membership numbers, retention rates, and ancillary revenue streams.
• Recruit, train, manage, and motivate a high-performing team of fitness professionals and support staff.
• Manage the gym's budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and industry regulations.
• Implement and maintain high standards of member experience and facility presentation.
