You will be responsible for everything from facility maintenance and sales performance to staff development and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the gym, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and staff.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the gym team, including personal trainers, receptionists, and fitness instructors, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Drive membership sales and retention through effective marketing, promotions, and outstanding customer service.
• Manage gym budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Ensure all fitness equipment is well-maintained, operational, and meets safety standards through regular checks and servicing schedules.
• Develop and implement engaging fitness programs and classes to meet member needs and attract new clientele.

Requirements

• Previous experience in gym management or a senior role within the fitness industry is essential.
