About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Gym Operations Supervisor to manage the daily operations of their fitness facility in Reading . This role involves ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all members, supervising gym staff, and maintaining equipment. You will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service and upholding the high standards of the gym. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the gym floor , ensuring a smooth and efficient running of services.
• Supervise, train, and schedule gym instructors and support staff.
• Conduct regular checks on gym equipment for safety and functionality, arranging for repairs as needed.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
• Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the fitness industry or a similar customer-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of gym operations, health and safety regulations, and fitness equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
