You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, supervising gym staff, and assisting members with their fitness journeys. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the gym floor, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and equipment readiness.
• Supervise and support gym instructors and reception staff, providing guidance and feedback.
• Assist members with equipment usage, fitness advice, and program recommendations.
• Conduct gym inductions and fitness assessments for new and existing members.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, ensuring security and facility integrity.
• Respond to member inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a gym or leisure facility is essential.
• Certifications in Fitness Instruction (e.g., Level 2 or 3) are required.
• Strong knowledge of gym equipment, fitness principles, and safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
