Hands-On Building Maintenance Technician — Commercial FM

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our Canary Wharf site. You will perform hands‑on building fabric maintenance and remedial repairs across a commercial environment.

The role requires a practical all‑rounder skilled in general maintenance, doors/locks, painting, plumbing and carpentry, with a focus on safety and customer service. You will be part of the Hard Services team, managing PPMs and reactive works with professionalism.
