Handyman

EA Associates are currently recruiting for a Handyman to work on a commercial refurbishment project.

The ideal candidate will have a good level of practical experience, particularly in carpentry, and be confident carrying out general refurbishment and repair work.

Duties will include:

• Patching and repairing flooring using timber and chipboard.

• Patching and repairing plasterboard walls.

• Assisting with the installation of UPVC windows.

• Carrying out general handyman and refurbishment tasks as required.

Working hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm Parking: Free on-site parking.

Requirements

• Previous handyman or refurbishment experience.

• Good carpentry knowledge and practical skills.

• Own tools preferred.

• Valid CSCS

• Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.
