Hatchery Maintenance Leader - Reliability & Compliance

Carn Hatchery in Northern Ireland is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function for incubation equipment and site services. Reporting to the Hatchery Manager, you will manage a team of Maintenance Engineers, drive preventative maintenance and ensure compliance.

The role requires Level 3 electrical or mechanical engineering, strong leadership, budgeting and contractor management, and a hands-on approach to improve reliability and energy efficiency.
