Hazard Manager

Harlow District Council | 12-Month Contract | Harlow (3-4 Days On-Site)

We're supporting Harlow District Council in the recruitment of a Hazard Manager to lead compliance reporting, hazard monitoring and performance management across its housing portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven professional with experience in social housing, compliance, property services, repairs, asset management or building safety.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring housing hazards, damp & mould and compliance performance

• Managing hazard registers and remediation tracking

• Supporting Awaab's Law implementation

• Producing dashboards, KPIs and senior-level reports

• Identifying risks, trends and service improvement opportunities

Experience with Power BI, SQL, Excel or similar reporting tools is highly desirable
