Head & Neck Oncology CNS: Lead Patient Care & Coordination

Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Head and Neck Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to provide expert care, support and care coordination for Head and Neck cancer patients across ENT and Maxillofacial pathways. You will act as the patient’s key worker, coordinating care from diagnosis through treatment, rehabilitation and survivorship with compassionate, personalised support.
