Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the catering business to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Oversee all aspects of catering operations, from initial client consultation to final service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the catering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Create innovative and appealing menus, considering seasonal produce, dietary needs, and client budgets.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient resource allocation across the department.
• Maintain rigorous standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior catering management role, preferably with experience in event catering.
• Proven track record in menu development, operational oversight, and financial management.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety, health, and safety legislation.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
