Key Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team, overseeing all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

  Requirements
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, preferably within a high-volume catering or hospitality setting.
• Demonstrable creativity in menu development and a passion for quality ingredients.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and presentation standards.
• Excellent understanding of food costing, inventory management, and kitchen budgeting.
• Relevant culinary qualifications and a strong commitment to food safety standards.
