Las Iguanas is recruiting a hands-on Head Chef to lead a busy, high-energy kitchen in the heart of our South American culinary adventure. You’ll inspire, train and develop your team, ensuring every service runs smoothly and all dishes meet our bold flavour standards.

Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll balance creativity with cost control, manage stock and labour, and maintain top-tier kitchen hygiene.
