Lead a High-Energy Latin Kitchen as Head Chef

Las Iguanas is looking for an experienced Head Chef to take full ownership of the kitchen and lead a busy, high‑volume service. You will inspire and train chefs, set high standards for quality, safety and cleanliness, and run confident services that showcase bold Latin American flavours.

You’ll balance creativity with control, manage costs and stock, and work closely with the General Manager to drive restaurant success and a kitchen culture that is energetic and proud.
