Head Chef — Lead a vibrant kitchen with no evenings

Klondyke is seeking a Full Time Permanent Head Chef for our restaurant at Astbury Meadow Garden Centre. You will lead kitchen operations, plan menus, and drive quality and service while working 45 hours per week over five days, with weekends required but no evenings or split shifts.

You will manage a team, ensure high food hygiene standards, control stock, and collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to deliver an outstanding dining experience for guests. Competitive salary based on experience.
