Head Chef - Menu Innovator & Kitchen Leader

HR Wallingford is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Howbery Park. You will organise all kitchen operations, plan menus with the Catering Manager, and deliver high-quality meals for daily service and hospitality events.

The role requires strong knowledge of food hygiene, allergen management, and COSHH, plus proven leadership and training abilities to mentor the Assistant Chef and ensure top standards of cleanliness and safety.
