Key Responsibilities

As Head Chef, you'll lead the kitchen team and play a key role in maintaining a positive and efficient working environment.

Lead and support the kitchen team, allocating preparation tasks effectively. Ensure all food is prepared and produced to a high standard while maintaining food hygiene standards. Prepare a range of baked items, including scones, bread, cakes and pastries. Create seasonal baked items to complement the offering. Maintain clear and regular communication with relevant departments. Support the development and progression of junior members of the team.

What we're looking for

We're looking for a confident Head Chef who combines strong kitchen leadership with proven baking experience.

Previous experience as a Head Chef. A strong background in baking or bakery production. A genuine interest in nurturing and developing junior team members. A positive, supportive approach to team leadership. Excellent communication skills.
