About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly accomplished and motivational Head Coach to lead their elite sports program in Bristol . You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of coaching, athlete development, and tactical planning. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive training plans and game strategies for the elite sports team.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of athletes to achieve their highest potential.
• Oversee the recruitment and development of new talent for the program.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) as a coach, with a proven track record of success at the elite level.
• Deep knowledge of coaching methodologies, sports science principles, and tactical strategy relevant to the specific sport.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain a positive and high-performance team culture.
• Relevant coaching certifications and a Bachelor's degree in a related field are highly desirable.
