Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs and tactical strategies for academy teams.
• Scout, recruit, and develop talented young footballers, providing individualized coaching and mentorship.
• Foster a positive, disciplined, and encouraging team environment focused on player growth and sportsmanship.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the football academy, including scheduling, equipment, and player welfare.
• Collaborate with support staff, including fitness coaches and medical personnel, to ensure holistic player development.
• Prepare teams for matches and tournaments, analyzing performance and making strategic adjustments.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a football coach, with a strong understanding of youth development principles.
