About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished and inspiring Head Coach to lead their University Football program in Brighton . This prestigious role involves the complete management of the football team, from recruitment and player development to tactical strategy and competitive performance. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive game strategies, training programs, and player development plans for the university football team.
• Lead and mentor assistant coaches, technical staff, and support personnel, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing coaching unit.
• Oversee all aspects of player recruitment, evaluation, and retention, adhering to university and league regulations.
• Manage the football program budget , including equipment, travel, and operational expenses, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
• Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes discipline, sportsmanship, academic success, and personal growth for all student-athletes.
• Represent the university and the football program at public events, media engagements, and alumni gatherings.
• Ensure compliance with all university policies, conference rules, and governing body regulations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a head coach or senior assistant coach at the collegiate or professional level.
• A proven track record of success in building and managing competitive football programs.
• Strong understanding of football strategy , player development, and sports psychology.
• Excellent leadership, communication, motivational, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
