Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a progressive coaching curriculum and football philosophy for the academy.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of qualified football coaches, ensuring high standards of delivery.
• Oversee the recruitment, assessment, and development of talented young players.
• Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions focused on technical, tactical, physical, and psychological development.
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and challenging environment for all academy players.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, club management, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• UEFA A Licence or equivalent coaching qualification is essential.
• Extensive experience coaching within youth football academies or development programmes.
• Proven ability to identify, develop, and nurture young football talent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Knowledge of child protection policies and best practices in youth sport.
• Experience in performance analysis and sports science integration is a plus.
