Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage the concierge team, fostering a culture of service excellence and teamwork.
• Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge base of London 's attractions, dining, entertainment, and transportation options.
• Handle guest requests, from simple directions to complex arrangements, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
• Liaise with external partners, including restaurants, theatres, and transport providers, to secure reservations and special arrangements.
• Implement and refine concierge service standards and procedures to continuously enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Concierge or in a senior concierge role within a luxury hotel or service environment.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of London and its offerings, with a passion for hospitality.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a significant asset.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient under pressure.
