Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Concierge or in a senior guest services role within luxury hospitality.
• Excellent knowledge of London and its attractions, including dining, entertainment, and transportation.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanour.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Proficiency in concierge management software and standard office applications.
