Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the pro shop, including inventory, sales, and customer service.
• Develop and implement golf programs, tournaments, and lesson schedules to engage members and attract new clientele.
• Supervise and train golf operations staff, ensuring high standards of service and performance.
• Oversee club fitting, equipment maintenance, and merchandising strategies within the pro shop.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the club and its facilities to a wider audience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Golf Professional or in a similar leadership role within the golf industry.
• Certification from a recognized PGA or equivalent body is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of golf equipment, club repair, and fitting techniques.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in P&L management and budget forecasting for golf operations.
